These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of the website.

3. Products

Salim Percussion designs and manufactures handcrafted percussion instruments and related accessories.

Because every instrument is handmade:

Natural wood grain, color and texture may vary.
Natural animal skins may show slight visual differences.
Handmade finishing details may differ slightly from product photos.
These variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes only. While every effort is made to present accurate colors and details, actual products may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings and natural materials.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated without prior notice.

The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Orders will only enter production or shipping preparation after payment has been successfully confirmed.

6. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Receiving this email does not mean your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to:

refuse an order;
cancel an order;
request additional verification;
correct pricing errors;
limit quantities when necessary.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

7. Production & Availability

Most products are dispatched within 1–5 business days.

Some handcrafted or custom-made instruments may require additional production time.

If unexpected delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

8. Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted international courier services.

Delivery times depend on:

destination country;
customs procedures;
local delivery services;
public holidays;
weather or force majeure events.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

9. Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Salim Percussion is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy.

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

Returned items must:

be unused;
be in their original condition;
include original packaging and accessories.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

11. Warranty

If your instrument arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or additional information in order to evaluate the issue.

Damage caused by:

misuse;
accidents;
improper storage;
humidity;
temperature changes;
unauthorized modifications;
normal wear and tear;

is not covered under warranty.

12. Custom Orders

Custom-made instruments are produced according to customer specifications.

Because these instruments are made specifically for each customer:

production begins after payment confirmation;
changes may not be possible once production has started;
custom orders cannot be cancelled after production begins;
custom-made products are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect exists.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to:

photographs;
product designs;
logos;
graphics;
videos;
text;
trademarks;
website design;

is the intellectual property of Salim Percussion unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

14. Website Use

You agree not to:

use the website for unlawful purposes;
interfere with website security;
distribute malware or harmful software;
attempt unauthorized access;
misuse any content or services.

We reserve the right to suspend access to users who violate these Terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

Salim Percussion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from:

delays caused by shipping companies;
customs procedures;
force majeure events;
misuse of products;
third-party services beyond our control.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product.
