Not sure about your instrument? No problem, we are here to help. If you are not fully satisfied with your new instrument, you can return eligible products within 14 days from the day you receive your package.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective or different from the product description.
- Original shipping costs and express shipping costs are not refundable.
- Please keep the original package and use it for the return. All products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom-made, personalized, used, damaged or specially prepared products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Before returning any product, please contact us at info@salimpercussion.com with your order information.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
