Wood

In our instruments, first-class woods are meticulously selected by our master artisans. After being cut into suitable shapes and sizes, these woods undergo a drying process. Following an extensive drying period, the woods are placed into molds in layers of two, three, or four to take on the form of the instrument.

After the shaping phase, the instruments are subjected to leveling, planing, milling, and sanding processes. Throughout the production process, walnut, beech, and plane trees are utilized.

Clay

Our clay instruments are meticulously crafted in forms and sizes determined by the desired tone and sound frequency. In this process, we strive to capture the essence of music using the purest materials nature has to offer. The instruments are baked in special kilns at 850 degrees Celsius and carefully glazed to enhance their durability and aesthetics.

For our clay darbukas, we use Fish, Goat, and Kid skins, each adding a unique sound character to the instruments. These skins contribute to the rich and deep tones of our instruments, elevating the musical experience to a whole new level.

Metal

The metal materials selected for our instruments are meticulously chosen based on thickness, composition, and quality standards to ensure optimal performance. These materials are cut to specified dimensions using computer-controlled lasers and then pressed into form and shape using a 120-ton press.

For our instruments, we utilize Brass, Bronze, and Alpaca, each contributing to the unique sound and durability of our products.
