Wooden Instrument Production Process
Our instruments are crafted from first-class woods meticulously selected by our master artisans. Each tree is chosen with care, serving as a work of art that embodies the spirit of music. After being cut into suitable shapes and sizes, these woods undergo a natural and essential long drying process, during which they mature, carrying the essence of nature within them.
Once the drying is complete, the woods are shaped into extraordinary instrument forms by being placed into molds, layered two, three, or four times. Throughout this process, each piece is carefully shaped, coming to life in the skilled hands of our artisans.
Subsequently, the instruments are subjected to leveling, planing, milling, and sanding processes to achieve perfection. At every stage, the attention to detail enhances the quality of our instruments, creating a deep character in their sound. Walnut, beech, and plane trees are expertly utilized throughout the production process to conjure the magic of music.
